SCIENCE

Being scientifically accurate is really important for us when we are informing about the effects of breathwork, meditation or yoga. Our goal is to combine the ancient and today's knowledge into one by showing that our emotions are found in the nervous system.

There has been ignorance for a long time from the mainstream scientific community regarding the effects of Breathworks, Yoga, Chinese traditional medicine etc.

Current theory is ignoring the profound effects that these practices are causing in the nervous system. The placebo and nocebo effects are not understood at all and most importantly, the explanation for experiencing emotions is limited to brain chemistry (small variations in the overall cocktails).

Humans are energetic beings but for some reason the effect of energy blocks in our nervous system is out of the question in the scientific community. Although this is traditional knowledge, modern medicine and the scientific community (which are highly driven by greedy pharmaceutical companies) are not ready to do or release any substantial research on these areas. Supporting alternative medicines or the studies that prove their effectiveness would not serve the best interest of these companies' source of income.

When patients that are suffering from a chronic, physical or mental health condition seek out alternative therapies, they commonly face ignorance and even humiliation from the western medicine practitioners. This kind of behavior is usually justified on the preconceived notion that there is no substantial scientific evidence for the effectiveness of such alternative therapies. There is scientific evidence, but only the kind of studies that promote the sale of medicines are now being published.

Through Inner Alchemy, we want to challenge the prevailing and ignorant scientific and medical health system. We want to conduct scientific research through our own science team and as a first part of this goal, we are planning to recruit volunteers who suffer from general anxiety disorders and conduct the clinical study on the effects of our breathwork protocols. As a second part, we want to measure the electromagnetic patterns in different body locations during strong experiences, like receiving massage, being afraid of something or watching porn.

We hypothesize that our breathworks will have a profound effect on the electromagnetic profile of a human being by impacting the electric voltages in the nervous system. One of our goals is to establish a research center where such groundbreaking studies are conducted on clinical level. We want to write a new chapter in the medical literature about emotions, breathing and their connection to the nervous system.

We have gathered few examples of the studies already done in the field of alchemy,
